At approx. 10 km from Siena in a dominant position, splendid property overlooking the rolling hills of Chianti and Montagnola, currently it is an active farm/winery of approx. 210 ha and a production of approx. 400 hl of wine of which 10,000 bottles while the rest of the production is sold in bulk to bottlers.

- arable land for about 30 hectares;

- Non-specialized olive groves around Ha. 5;

- Mixed woods around Ha. 120;

Overall as well as various outbuildings and cellars for winemaking and wine storage for about 300 square meters. Around the villa there is a park with centuries-old trees and a terrace of about 100 square meters directly connected to the villa.

Time seems to have stopped at the thirteenth century, in the heart of the Sienese Chianti, and with this the property would need a gentle hand to revive its splendor and follow an extraordinary production of Chianti dei Colli Senesi wines famous throughout the world.

The microclimate guarantees a well-being not only to plants but also to the humans who live there and who would like to enjoy contact with nature.

Monteriggioni, the nearest village, is famous for the perfect walls, the fourteen mighty towers that inspired Dante's giants of the well of Malebolge in the Divine Commedy, the medieval atmosphere can still be breathed in this corner of Tuscany.

- terreni a seminativi per circa 30 ettari;

- Oliveti non specializzati circa Ha. 5;

- Boschi misti circa Ha. 120;

Complessivi oltre a vari annessi e cantine per la vinificazione e lo stoccaggio del vino per circa 300 mq. Intorno alla villa un parco con alberi secolari e collegata direttamente alla villa una terrazza di circa 100 mq.

Il tempo sembra che si sia fermato al tredicesimo secolo, nel cuore del Chianti Senese,  e con questo la proprieta´ avrebbe bisogno di una mano gentile per ravvivare il suo splendore e seguire una produzione straordinaria di vini del Chianti dei Colli Senesi famosi in tutto il mondo.

Il microclima garantisce un benessere non solo alle piante ma anche agli esseri umani che ci vivono e che vorrebbero godere il contatto con la natura.

Monteriggioni, il paesino piu´ vicino, la cerchia muraria perfetta, le quattordici torri possenti che ispirarono al Sommo Poeta la celebre similitudine coi giganti del pozzo di Malebolge, i silenzi medievali che ancora si respirano. In questo angolo della Toscana.
